Pre-operative instructions

Procedure stages

The penile enlargement surgery includes two stages:

Procedure risks

Mains risks are the following

• A haematoma.
• A seroma (collection of fluid).
• A decrease in the obliquity of the erect penis: relatively frequent relating to the section of the suspensory ligament of the penis.

• Insufficient results.
• A pathological scarring (hypertrophic scars or keloids).

Long-term result

The final result of penile enlargement surgery is obtained between 3 to 6 months after the procedure, when the post-operative oedema has disappeared.
